Pays out top 2 players. 1st - Entry, 2nd - 1050 FTP points. My brain missed that 2nd was just points and I was thinking both 1st & 2nd won entry. Not sure if I'd have played if I'd noticed that, though I did like the idea of a 27 player SNG.
Some poor early play then I did ok and built back up. Then next to last hand & last I just went for luck as my chips were down and didn't suck out.
Hand 79, blinds 400/800, 5 players left. I'm BB w/4,835 chips and 7s Jd. Action folded to the SB who open raised 3 BB (2400). SB only has 3860 chips so my thought is they may be trying to steal my BB and I raise them to 4000, SB re-raises all-in and I decide to call. SB has pocket J's (Jh Js). Uh oh, they have good cards. The board plays out 10s 2s 8c Ks Ah and I'm down to 1275 chips.
Hand 80. I'm SB and only have 975 chips left after I post the SB. I have 4h Qh. UTG goes all-in w/10,850 chips and I decide to call hoping for two good cards and maybe a heart flush draw. UTG shows Ah Kh. So much for my flush draw hopes. The board plays out 8s 6s Jc 6h 3c and I'm done.
Except for a few early hands and these late ones I played decently.
