Actually things went quite well until the last hand when my pocket K's got beat by AK & Q5. I really don't see any other hands that seem really worth talking about. Basically I played a mixture of tight & aggressive and by hand 69 I had 2925 chips and running around 5th or 6th of the 10 of us that were still playing. One player was down to 5 chips (he had the FH when I busted) and I noticed that it didn't appear he was really playing, so I was able to steal his blinds.
Hand 69. I'm the BT w/pocket K's (Kc Kh). Five of us at this table, with BB sitting out w/10 chips. UTG opens with a 310 bet, CT folds, and I raise to 660, SB folds, UTG goes all-in. Darn, might he have pocket A's? I didn't think so and called. He shows As Kd, one overcard. BB shows Qd 5s and if he wins will get 40 chips. Flop Ac 5h Qc. So much for my pocket K's. :-/ Turn Qh. River 9h. Neither any help to me and I'm done and outta there.
I suppose, at this stage of the game it would have been better for me to just call UTG and see what the flop shows and if an Ace shows up in the flop I'd know I need to be careful and likely might need to fold. If I had done that I'd still have 2600 chips to play with instead of being out of the session. I was being patience all of that session but not patience long enough!!
