Payout 1-8 $75 ticket 9th - 300 FTP 6 player tables
I found this already in process at lvl 5 w/late reg thru lvl 6, so I was at a disadvantage starting w/blinds already at 50/100 and shortly thereafter 60/120, but the possibility of $75 ticket was too much for me to resist. I had made a small gain in chips and after posting the BB was at 1500 as BB w/6h Qc. CO limped in w/160 and I checked. Flop 2d 8d Qc. CO min bet 160 and i raised to 560; they called. Turn Kd. I decided to take a chance that they didn't have the flush or a K and bet all-in w/my last 940. They called and showed 9h 10d. They have a gutshot straight and a flush draw. River Ad. They make the flush and I'm outta there.
It would have been better if I'd been in earlier as I wouldn't have felt the need to get chips quickly and take more risk than may be prudent just to keep ahead of the blinds. Will look for that one in the future.
