Short and not so sweet. I took a gamble and lost.
Hand 2. I'm HJ w/Jh 9h. UTG+1 limps, MP's fold, I call, CO & BTN fold, SB calls, BB checks. I'm in to see if my J9s might hit something. Flop 2h 7d 9s. I have top pair w/a fair kicker. Not what I was hoping for but it's a start. SB bets the 120 pot, UTG+1 & I call. I don't really like that large of a bet and wonder what SB might have. Do they have an over pair? Might they have a set? Turn Ah. I now have a flush draw. SB goes all-in w/1785 chips.UTG+1 folds. I think about it for awhile and decide to gamble on a flush draw and call. He shows 9d 2s having flopped two pair. Different than I expected. Will the River be nice to me? River Qs. No. Well, I took a chance and lost. There's not much more to say about it.
